Youth Extended Services

Service Approximate Length of Program Fee
Youth Extended Services funded by DORS after employment stability has been achieved Up to 4 years or until the month when the individual turns age 25. $550 per month flat rate.
Issue authorizations for 3 months at a time.
Administrative Approval required for one year at a time.
