DHHU rehabilitation counselors for the Deaf (RCDs) are located in offices throughout Maryland. The Statewide Staff Specialist for Deaf & Hard of Hearing Services, Noe Turcios, has his office at DORS Headquarters in Baltimore.
The DHHU Supervisor is Ju-Lee Wolsey. Dr. Wolsey's office is at the DORS Region 1 office in Frederick.
