Maryland Rehabilitation Association Student Scholarship

​The Maryland Rehabilitation Association (MRA), a state chapter of the National Rehabilitation Association, is pleased to announce a scholarship for the Maryland Rehabilitation Conference to be held on November 7-8, 2019 at the Sheraton Hotel in Towson, Maryland.

The scholarship includes admission to all general and breakout sessions, lunch, and entry to the MRA Social Event.

All students are encouraged to apply. Interested students must write a short essay to include:

  1. School attending and projected graduation date
  2. Contact information
  3. How do your professional aspirations and goals align with the MRA Mission as stated
    below:

“MRA is an interdisciplinary, professional organization committed to promoting best practices in rehabilitation services for people with disabilities and to supporting professionals in the field. This mission is accomplished through interdisciplinary communication, educational activities, legislative activities, and organizational growth and development.”

All submissions must be emailed to Malorie Marti, MRA president, at mdrehab1@gmail.com by August 15, 2019. Scholarship winners will be notified by August 31, 2019.
