801 Notification of Litigation

Staff who are aware of pending or initiated litigation against the Division or its representatives will notify their immediate supervisor as soon as possible.

802 Referral of Litigation Issues

All litigation issues will be referred to the Assistant State Superintendent via supervisory channels. The Office of the Attorney General will be contacted by the Assistant State Superintendent or designee.
