Job Development	Up to 60 hours	$70 per hour, authorized in 20-hour increments

Transportation Available – contact provider for rates (consistent with RSM 2, Section 717.04)

SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM

Intensive Job Coaching Prior to Transition to Long-Term (DDA) Funding
