Note: HIRRS has a licensed speech pathologist on staff who can provide appropriate evaluation and services. They are approved as a vendor to provide such services. The fees are found in
RSM 5, Section 200, Vendor Fee Schedule. Counselors should use the appropriate CPT codes 92523 and/or 92507 when authorizing services related to speech services.

Cognitive Retraining Program (weekly)

Issue authorizations for 3 months at a time.
Administrative Approval required for one year at a time. |
