Wage Reimbursement for On-the-Job Training (OJT)

The Wage Reimbursement program offers Short-/Long-Term On-the-Job Training (OJT) to businesses. Hire a qualified DORS job seeker and we will reimburse you for employee wages while they train:

• Short-term OJT (one month) - Up to 100% salary reimbursement.
• Long-term OJT (up to four months) - Gradually decreasing reimbursement as the employee as the employee becomes more skilled and independent.
