Legislative Office Contacts
If a Legislative Office representative contacts you or your office, don't share information or answer their questions. Instead
- Gather the following information:
- Nature of the inquiry (question, concern, issue)
- Name of person inquiring
- What office do they represent
- Phone number
- Email address
- Consumer’s Name (if applicable)
- Let the caller know that someone from MSDE will respond to their inquiry shortly.
- Enter the information you've gathered into the Legislative Office Contacts form. This will ensure that the information gets to all the parties who need it.
