College Assignment – a new Assignment, which is not automatic. This is a consumer "check-in," used at the end of a consumer's semester to obtain grades, next semester information, and learn of any changes to their college program or employment goal.
Delayed Client Contact – an update to the automatic assignment for cases in Delayed status. There is a new subject line specific to being on the DORS Wait List. There is now language about SSA benefits, Benefits Counseling, Employment Networks, and American Job Centers. AND a "Proof" question has been added in case the consumer has medical information they can upload right away.
Employment Follow Up – automatic assignment in Employed and Service - E status. It adds language about SSA benefits, Benefits Counseling, Employment Networks, and American Job Centers.
Employment Proof Follow Up – SARA sends a message reminding the client that a pay stub from their job is required. The message contains a web-link to be able to upload a file or take a picture of the pay stub. The updated language "asks" the consumer to have the paystub ready before opening the link to upload it.
