​WTC Health Services Include:

  • Diabetic Assessments for Blind/Visually Impaired, ILOB and sighted consumers.
    To determine the consumers knowledge of Diabetes management, provide individualized Diabetic Education and enhance the overall Diabetic self-management process. Explore various equipment and technology related to blindness and diabetes.

  • Diabetic Education for consumers needing assistance with their daily diabetic self-care, calculating carbohydrates, perform blood glucose checks, ensure safe insulin administration.

  • Health Education as it pertains to employment for consumers in training (basic hygiene, sleep hygiene, medication management, stress management, etc.)

  • First Aid training for DORS staff.
