​WTC Health Services include:
Diabetic Assessments for Blind/Visually Impaired, ILOB and sighted consumers to determine the consumers' knowledge of Diabetes management, provide individualized Diabetic Education and enhance the overall Diabetic self-management process. Explore various equipment and technology related to blindness and diabetes.
Diabetic Education for consumers needing assistance with their daily diabetic self-care, calculating carbohydrates, perform blood glucose checks, ensure safe insulin administration.
Health Education as it pertains to employment for consumers in WTC training programs (e.g., basic hygiene, sleep hygiene, medication management, stress management, etc.)
First Aid training for DORS staff.
